"Emily is the real deal.
I feel like to find someone who's so genuine and real, who shares so much of their story, like you see a lot of those people on social media and no judgment from anyone, for anyone, but see a lot of people who like say that they are very in tune with themselves and like, you know, they're developing kind of spiritual practices or whatever they say, and it's like it's not in any of their daily life.
It's not in any of their practices, which again, no judgment, no shame, but to see someone who actually practices what they preach. She's not trying to sell anything because she thinks it's gonna make money. In fact, [Emily has] talked about how [she's] been afraid to express these things and to work on programs that are mindset based, because most people don't really want that.
They want like a quick 30 day lose 20 pound solution that you don't have to think, you just follow a diet and you just, you know, Emily writes you a meal plan with eating this much a day and working out this much, and that's it. And that's not what I've experienced at all. I think mindset is incredibly important.
I think if you wanna evolve as a human, this is exactly the kind of program you need. This is an extremely beneficial program for anybody even outside of fitness.
Of course, I'm very tied to the fitness aspect of it because like you said, the one, the way you do one thing is the way you do all things. Some people are content being where they are and I'm not one of those people and I continue to seek people who are growth minded and who really like believe in doing the work.
And I think if you are one of those people, like Emily is the best person to go to because she's done the work and the program.
These programs really are a game changer and not to be corny, but I really do think [Emily is] gonna change the fitness industry because someone needs to be out here like going beyond macros and beyond.
Having the holistic approach is just so important and having the support system and really, I consider it kind of like a mentorship. We all coaches need coaches. Like you have a coach, everybody needs a coach.
So I think at the end of the day, like the mentorship that I've gained from you and to see that you really practice what you preach and you're not a charlatan and you're not someone who will you know, write a meditation program and just give it to us and not do it. It's like, no, this is all real."
